Position: Consulting Expert
Commitment: Flexible, 20+ hours per week
Type: Hourly Contract
Location: Remote
Compensation: $80–$110 per hour, with weekly bonus incentives ranging from $20–$100 per hour for top performers, plus equity offers
Role:
- Design and review high-quality management consulting prompts, structured answers, and evaluation sets to train and refine advanced large language models (LLMs).
- Benchmark AI-generated responses against consulting frameworks and real-world business standards.
- Provide structured, detailed feedback on logic, clarity, and business rigor in AI outputs.
- Conduct online research and synthesize insights from diverse sources to support evaluation and content development.
Responsibilities:
- Create prompts and evaluation criteria reflecting real-world consulting practices.
- Analyse AI responses for accuracy, coherence, and practical applicability.
- Collaborate asynchronously on improving training data quality.
- Maintain high standards of feedback quality and research rigor.
