Excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business to help them develop products in line with customers specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Customer relationship management –single point of contact for customers, managing all aspects of their contract, and disseminating their requirements back to the various internal departments to meet the customers needs.
  • Establishing a strong rapport with the various customer departments (purchasing, engineering, quality etc.) to understand their requirements at every level
  • Project management – establishing with the customer a clearly defined written specification, including legal requirements;
  • Efficient production and checking of schemes, layouts, calculations, assemblies and detail drawings (a good understanding of CAD is advantageous);
  • Costing/quotations/proposals for new work and design changes;
