Salary: £60,000–£70,000

Reports to: Managing Director / Communications Director

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Client Director to lead strategic communications programmes and manage senior client relationships within the built environment sector. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow key client accounts, acting as a trusted senior advisor.
  • Develop and deliver corporate communications and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, campaigns, and messaging across multiple channels.
  • Identify business development opportunities and support new client pitches.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing communications team.
  • Manage budgets, project delivery, and account profitability.

Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience in corporate communications, PR, or strategic communications.
  • Strong background managing senior client relationships.
  • Experience within the built environment, property, infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
