Our client is an established and reputable Invoice Finance business. We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to lead and develop the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

This role includes hybrid working, with three days a week from their London offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train and manage sales consultants
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to improve performance
  • Create and implement sales plans and processes
  • Track sales pipelines and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor targets and KPIs and motivate team members to achieve them
  • Prepare reports on sales statistics to provide insights to senior management and the team
  • Coordinate with other departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to align sales efforts and improve business processes

Requirements

  • 2+ years in an Invoice Finance related sales role
  • Proven experience managing people, inspiring and motivating team members, and coaching to improve performance
  • Thorough understanding of sales processes, techniques and strategies
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends and make data‑driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, liaising with senior management to contribute towards understanding, planning and scaling the department
