What the job involves
- Reporting to: Analytics Manager
- At QuantSpark, we’re transforming how data and AI serve society. We combine the analytical discipline of strategy consulting with the pace and ownership of a scale‑up. That means you’ll work directly on the problems that matter most—whether combating economic crime, modernising government services, or accelerating commercial growth for FTSE 100 companies
- Here, you’ll compress 5–10 years of traditional career progression into 2–3 years. From day one, you’ll support and deliver end-to-end projects, access leadership directly (including the CEO), and build cross‑industry expertise that usually takes a decade to gain
- We don’t just analyse—we build, own, and scale solutions that shape the organisations we work with and have meaningful societal impact
- Use AI coding agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude/ChatGPT-based workflows, etc.) to accelerate delivery while ensuring correctness and security
- Assist in analysing datasets and support the translation of findings into clear insights
- Contribute to the delivery of analysis pipelines, models, and visualisations with guidance
- Collaborate with project teams and learn to communicate insights effectively to clients
- Support senior analysts and managers in project tasks, gradually building confidence and independence
- Develop practical skills in data engineering, modelling, and business intelligence tools
- In your first three months, you will focus on learning the tools and methodologies, supporting project deliverables, and integrating into our team culture
- In 3-5 Years, You’ll Be…
- Confidently leading parts of analytical projects with growing technical and client interaction skills
- Trusted by colleagues and clients as a reliable problem solver and communicator
- Positioned for career advancement within a fast-growing company that rewards initiative
