Olympus Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Lead to join Abbeywood Community School in Bristol. This full-time role will commence on 1st September 2026, aimed at supporting student behaviour, inclusion, and wellbeing.

The Behaviour Lead will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and other educators to create an inclusive environment where students can thrive academically and personally. A relevant teaching qualification and experience in behaviour management are essential.
