This is a pivotal role combining high-level planningdelivery with increasing commercial and team responsibilities.

The Role

You will:

• Leadmajor residential planning strategies and site promotions
• Managekey developer and land promoter accounts
• Overseeand mentor junior planners
• Supportbusiness development and fee proposals
• Representclients at Local Plan examinations and appeals
• Ensurehigh-quality planning submissions across the team
• Supportworkload planning and project resourcing

You will play a central role in shaping both projectdelivery and team performance.

• Strongconsultancy or developer background
• Provenability to manage complex planning schemes
• Commerciallydriven and growth-minded
• Experiencementoring or managing staff

This role offers a clear pathway toward Associate Director for the right individual.
