Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager at LeMans Karting VA, located in Portsmouth, VA. The Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising team performance, monitoring safety protocols, and ensuring the maintenance of equipment and facilities. The role also involves overseeing event coordination, customer service excellence, and achieving business performance targets.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including staffing, training, and performance evaluation
- Operational oversight abilities, such as scheduling, facility management, and safety compliance
- Customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Event coordination and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on achieving business goals
- Previous experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or similar industries is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for scheduling and reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is a plus)
