Pharmacovigilance Course Lead (Remote)

Are you a seasoned Pharmacovigilance professional with a passion for mentoring and developing future PV experts? We’re looking for an experienced PV leader to design, deliver, and elevate a flagship industry-focused training programme, fully remote.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your deep industry expertise with teaching, coaching, and thought leadership in Pharmacovigilance.

The Role

As Pharmacovigilance Course Lead, you will:

• Design advanced PV assignments simulating real-world industry scenarios
• Develop detailed, ICH-compliant training materials (mock case studies, regulatory documents, datasets)
• Lead live demonstrations using safety databases and practical tools
• Deliver and co-present engaging live training sessions
• Assess assignments with professional, structured feedback
• Mentor students and provide industry-relevant insights
• Ensure content aligns with evolving global PV regulations (EMA, FDA, ICH)
• Continuously enhance course structure and delivery standards

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field
• 7–10+ years’ experience in Pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong exposure to:
• Case processing
• Aggregate reporting
• Signal detection
• Regulatory submissions
• Proven experience delivering training, mentoring, or academic teaching in PV
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong understanding of global PV regulations (EMA, FDA, ICH)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Experience

• Global PV exposure (EU, US, APAC)
• Development of PV SOPs, training manuals, or internal upskilling programmes
• Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Drive, Trello, etc.)
