Key Tasks will involve:

  • Assist with greeting, seating and order taking. Help guests with menu selection and drink requirements
  • Serve food and drinks, ensuring that requests and queries are responded to in a timely and friendly manner
  • Anticipate and attend to the guest’s needs and desires immediately
  • Communicate and work effectively within a team to ensure every guest leaves with the desire to return
  • Understand your areas of responsibility, ensuring everything runs effectively in line with brand specification
  • Look professional, being punctual, polite, courteous and helpful to guests and colleagues at all times
  • Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and promotions offered

More importantly, you must enjoy what you do! Have a great personality, be confident, and have a ‘can do attitude’.
