Factory Operatives Required

We are currently recruiting Factory Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality uPVC windows and doors. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking full-time, long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Previous manual handling experience is essential for this role.

Pay Rates

• Days: £12.82 per hour
• Evenings: £13.91 per hour
• Nights: £15.07 per hour

Working Hours

Full-time positions available on a temporary to permanent basis for the right candidates.

Shift Patterns Available

Day Shifts

• 6:00am – 3:30pm
• Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm Friday: 7:00am – 12:15pm
• Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm Friday: 7:30am – 12:45pm
• Panels: Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm Friday: 7:00am – 12:15pm

Evening / Night Shifts

• 3:30pm – 1:00am
• Monday – Wednesday: 6:00pm – 3:30am Thursday: 6:00pm – 11:15pm Friday: 4:00pm – 1:30am
• Monday – Wednesday: 8:00pm – 5:30am Thursday: 8:00pm – 1:15am Friday: 1:00pm – 10:30pm

Continental Shifts

• 6:45am – 7:00pm (Days)
• Rotates every two weeks to 7:00pm – 6:45am (Nights)
• Week 1: 48 hours Week 2: 36 hours (average 42 hours per week)
