As Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved. Duties will include:
- Supervising and coordinating daily production activities
- Leading, motivating, and supporting production teams
- Monitoring workflow and productivity to meet operational targets
- Ensuring quality standards and procedures are maintained
- Promoting a strong health & safety culture across the production floor
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Managing staff performance, attendance, and training needs
Criteria:
- Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Organised with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Experience working to production targets and quality standards
- Positive, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure
