- Cultivate and manage strong client relationships by understanding business needs, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring consistent, value‑driven communication.
- Drive growth opportunities through strategic upselling and cross‑selling of products and services aligned with client goals.
Your profile
- Previous experience in the defence sector
- Previous consulting sales experience essential and in an engineering focused organisation desired
- Experience in a service sector driven organisation
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client‑facing role.
