Lee & Lee LLP, a leading law firm in Singapore, is looking for a capable and highly motivated Paralegal Associate Professional to join our Litigation Department. The successful candidate will provide key support in managing litigation matters.
Duties include
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing appropriate documents and correspondence
- Conducting legal and general research
- Handling e-filing of documents with the Court
- Preparing bundles for hearings and trials
- Liaising and communicating with clients for case updates and documentation as instructed
Requirements
- Degree in Law or equivalent qualification with at least good 2nd Upper
- Good command of written and spoken English. Other language proficiency will also be appreciated
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Highly organised, meticulous, reliable and adaptable
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel, and generally IT savvy
- Prior experience in a law firm will be an advantage
