Responsibilities

Chair monthly steering committee meetings with the consultancy and key stakeholders to review progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with the consultancy assessment timeline.

Establish and enforce a structured review process for all consultancy deliverables, including Probability of Failure scoring validation, compliance gap analysis verification, and benchmarking against healthcare sector standards.

Coordinate the timely provision of all supporting data to the consultancy, including CAFM system exports, maintenance records, incident logs, and engineering drawings.

Ensure consultant findings are effectively integrated to inform the remediation delivery strategy.

  • Maintain a risk register for the consultancy engagement with mitigation strategies and escalation protocols.
  • Validate PoF scoring methodology and ensure consistency across asset categories.
  • Oversee statistical sampling methodology to ensure robust audit coverage.
