Quantity Surveyor / Project Surveyor

Civils Quantity Surveyor – Civils/Highways – Bolton – up to £60,000 salary My client are a leading Civil Engineering Contractor in the North West Region and they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to joint heir team covering projects in the Trafford and Rochdale area. Projects will be predominantly highways projects with some structures (Bridges). This role is an office/site split with 1 day a week WFH. Management of subcontractors including enquiries, order placement, payment assessments • Liaise with subcontractors to agree rates and services • Agree final accounts with all parties in a prompt manner • Assist the financial director and his team in preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting • QS Degree or equivalent • Civil Engineering xkybehq (Highways/ Structures) experience • Extensive experience with both private and public sector clients on major projects and a working knowledge of NEC (mainly) and JCT forms of contract.
