Conveyancing Solicitor (3+ Years PQE)
East Belfast
An established East Belfast law firm is seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy property department.
The successful candidate will join a close-knit conveyancing team of three, including legal secretaries, working collaboratively to deliver a high-quality service to a long-standing client base.
The Role
Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction process
Working closely with support staff to ensure files are progressed efficiently and accurately
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years post-qualification experience in conveyancing
Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions in Northern Ireland
Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and client care skills
Well organised, proactive, and a team player
