We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to our team. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Work closely with our Practice Owners, supported by a skilled Practice Manager and clinical team.
- Deliver high-quality veterinary care to both patients and clients.
- Mentor junior vets to help them fulfil their potential within the practice.
- Utilize your experience with complex surgical and medical cases to support and guide more junior team members.
- Share innovative ideas with practice partners to enhance performance and care standards.
- Collaborate with Practice Owners and Manager to drive the practice forward.

You’ll have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and mentor, while being part of a close-knit team dedicated to delivering the highest standards of veterinary care. This role offers you the chance to shape the future of a practice with deep community roots and a commitment to the best possible veterinary care in our modern, state-of-the-art practice.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum, with twice annual reviews.
- No Out of Hours (OOH): Focus on your work-life balance with no OOH requirements or Sundays.
- Professional Development: Further study towards veterinary management courses or clinical qualifications will be funded and encouraged. Professional registration fees will also be fully funded.
