Responsibilities

• The team acts for lenders, sponsors, funds, banks and corporates on a great range of both UK and cross-border corporate lending and leveraged finance transactions.
• You will gain lots of exposure to clients; a confident individual who is looking to work hard and challenge themselves will suit the position well.
• This is an ideal opportunity for an associate looking for an alternative to the Magic and Silver Circles with scope for progression and development.

Qualifications / Requirements

• 2-4 PQE level (candidates outside of this range will also be considered).
• Ambitious and hardworking with a willingness to work on high-profile cross-border deals.
