About the Role

The Marketing Manager (UK) is the sole marketing lead for Rosterfy's UK business, owning and executing the full marketing campaign function across the prospect and customer journey. This is a high-impact, autonomous role that requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery. The role will serve as a key member of the UK go‑to‑market team, working closely with the General Manager, Account Executives and Sales Development Reps to drive growth across the region.

What To Expect In This Role:

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the UK and Europe marketing campaign strategy, aligned to the company's global marketing framework and regional commercial objectives.
  • Produce and manage the annual UK marketing campaign strategy, from brief through to post‑campaign analysis.
  • Achieve the company’s regional new business pipeline generation objectives.
  • Act as the commercial owner of the UK marketing budget, proactively allocating spend to high‑performing channels to maximise ROI and ensure every pound spent delivers measurable growth.
  • Protect and augment Rosterfy brand awareness and affinity in the UK and Europe across its key verticals.
  • Analyse campaigns, consumer trends and the competitive landscape to inform planning and execution.
  • Translate customer and market needs into compelling messaging that effectively communicates Rosterfy's value proposition across UK verticals.
  • Work closely with the UK Sales team; act as the marketing leader within the UK GTM team.
  • Own the UK campaign engine, leading all digital, email, PR and event execution.
  • Engage with Sales and Product teams, identifying blockers and building materials and content that help overcome barriers and enable deal progression and wins.
  • World class marketing delivery (email, events, digital, PR and more) including the development of quality sales and product marketing collateral.
  • Build relationships with key audiences, customers and industry communities.
  • Own the relationship and contract negotiations with a dozen sector media partners.
  • Align UK execution with global marketing activations and the wider GTM team.
  • Plan and manage Rosterfy's presence at UK trade shows, exhibitions and conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation including GDPR, advertising standards and data marketing codes of practice.

Requirements

  • Strong marketing fundamentals across demand generation, content marketing, and customer lifecycle communications.
  • Campaign creation, build and execution. You’ll know how to create and run multi‑channel marketing campaigns that make an impact with our target audiences.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute and report on integrated, multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Data‑obsessed, with a data driven approach to all decision‑making.
  • Experience in fast‑moving start‑up or scale‑up SaaS environments.
  • Confident working autonomously as the sole regional marketer, whilst collaborating with a global team.
  • Willingness to operate both strategically and hands‑on.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with Google Suite, HubSpot and collaboration tools.
  • Willingness to learn how to build AI‑first marketing motions – and execute them.
  • Ability to work across cultures and time zones.

What Sets You Apart

  • Strategic ownership: Comfortable owning a regional marketing function end‑to‑end, without a dedicated manager in‑market.
  • Commercially minded: Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth; understands value drivers in recurring revenue models.
  • A natural networker: Enjoys building relationships with influencers, brand advocates and media partners.
  • A problem solver: Gets excited about Rosterfy’s products and the problems they solve.
  • Self‑motivated: Identifies opportunities and executes on them without being directed.
  • Data‑driven: Uses data to optimise campaigns, understand customer behaviour and inform strategy.
  • Collaborative: A strong team player who can work effectively within and across functional teams, including globally distributed colleagues.
