What You’ll Do

  • Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding journey and set them up for long-term success.
  • Champion product adoption and make sure our clients are getting the most out of the platform.
  • Own the full account lifecycle from renewals to upselling.
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, lenders, and industry stakeholders.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally, passing feedback to the product team to shape new features.
  • Get out in the field with onsite visits, delivering training and strengthening partnerships.
  • Stay sharp on both our product and property finance trends, becoming a trusted expert for clients.

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles within the property finance space.
  • A track record of smashing goals in renewals, upsells, and relationship management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills you know how to connect with people.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and onsite sessions across the UK.
