You will join our Investment Banking & Corporate Broking team, working across both Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and our Support Services Corporate Broking function.

This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure across origination, execution, and client relationship management, supporting listed and private companies through critical moments in their growth journey.

Operating in a collaborative, high-performing environment, the team works closely with corporates, investors, regulators and broader advisory partners to deliver strategic insights and capital solutions. This role is ideally suited to an Analyst 3/4 or Associate looking to broaden their experience across both ECM and corporate broking.

What will I be doing?

You will play a key role across both ECM execution and corporate broking activities:

Equity Capital Markets (ECM)

  • Supporting and driving the preparation of pitch books, market updates, and transaction materials
  • Contributing to ECM origination, including client and transaction targeting exercises
  • Maintaining knowledge of market activity, including Dealogic and bookbuilding processes
  • Developing relationships with syndicate teams, investors and advisory partners
  • Supporting idea generation and execution across equity transactions
  • Working with retained clients, providing day-to-day support across key events such as results, capital markets days and roadshows
  • Assisting with strategic advisory work, including development of new business ideas
  • Supporting the expansion of the retained client base
  • Liaising with regulators and supporting governance requirements

What do I need to bring?

  • Experience within investment banking, ECM, or corporate broking (Analyst 3/4 or Associate level)
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation and financial modelling techniques
  • Good working knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. FCA, AIM Rules, City Code on Takeovers)
  • Ability to prepare high-quality materials and support client pitches and execution processes
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and governance
  • Confidence engaging with both internal stakeholders and external clients
