We’re looking for an experienced Project Lead to oversee the delivery of a data centre project in Yorkshire. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile, technically complex programme, acting as the client’s trusted representative and ensuring successful delivery from inception to handover.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and govern the project, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
  • Manage programme schedules, budgets, and risk registers to keep the project on track.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders across all phases.
  • Oversee compliance with Health & Safety regulations and technical quality requirements.
  • Support design development, procurement, and change control processes.
  • Deliver clear reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure smooth handover, including snagging, O&M manuals, and end‑user training.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in client-side project leadership within data centre or mission‑critical environments.
  • Strong knowledge of programme management, cost control, and risk management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety compliance and governance processes.
  • Ability to lead complex projects with multiple moving parts.
