Are you an experienced Application Support Specialist looking to join a well‑established, innovative software platform with a fantastic reputation for client service and product excellence? Our client, based in Stoke‑on‑Trent, is expanding their team and is seeking a motivated and professional application support specialist to join their growing business.

The Role:

You’ll play a key role in delivering and supporting the implementation of a bespoke software platform to clients across the UK. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Installing and configuring software systems for new customers.
  • Delivering end‑user training and ensuring smooth adoption of the system.
  • Collaborating with internal technical teams to resolve installation issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Hybrid role: You should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Stoke‑on‑Trent.
  • Travel: Occasional travel around the UK staying away from home – hotel accommodation and expenses provided.
  • Company car provided if required.
  • Full training on the specific software platform will provided

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in application support ideally with good experience working with end users
  • Confident, professional, and customer‑focused.
  • A full UK driving licence holder (essential).
  • Basic salary up to £42K depending upon experience
