The Role:Working acrossNorth London, Hertfordshire, Essex and Central London,you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air-conditioning equipment (VRV’s, VRF’s, cassettes andsplits) including compressor changes and also carrying out small installations.Clients will includecommercial office space, data centres and gyms.
The Person:It is essential that you are an experienced air-conditioning engineer with F Gas Cat 1.
The Salary:
DOOR TO DOOR TRAVEL – travel time is mostly paid at 1.5Basic for 40 hours 22.49 / hour – 46,77923 days holiday + 4%/4%pensionO/T rates of x 1.5 (33.74) after 8 hours daily and x 2 (44.98) Saturday after first 5 hours and all day Sunday.Company van and fuel card – no private use.50 hours per week including travel equates to64,323.80 as all travel is paid.Well planSSPCPD training & developmentCareer progression within a growing group of companies
