Commercial Litigation Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE)

The Role
You will be involved in a broad and high-quality caseload, including:
- Financial services litigation, particularly:
- Restructuring and insolvency
- Acting for creditors, Insolvency Practitioners, and company directors
- Advising funders and creditors in contentious matters
- Complex commercial and corporate disputes
- Real estate litigation
- Breach of warranty claims and indemnity issues
This role offers early responsibility and exposure to high-value, complex matters across Northern Ireland, working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers.
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ-4 years PQE)
- Strong academic background and solid technical foundation
- Commercial litigation experience is not essential
- A genuine interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Ambition to build a career within a leading law firm
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
