Job Description
As Demand and Planning Lead, you’ll be at the centre of how we shape and deliver our data and analytics products – ensuring what we build is aligned to the needs and priorities of the business.
You’ll take ownership of our D&A product catalogue, keeping it clear, relevant and evolving as we do. You’ll shape and maintain the product roadmap, helping guide where we focus and how we deliver impact. You’ll also lead the D&A front door for new demand – creating a seamless way for ideas to come in, be assessed, and prioritised so the right work happens at the right time.
- Create and manage the D&A product catalogue, ensuring it is relevant, up-to-date, and easily accessible
- Own and maintain the D&A product roadmap, working across D&A and with stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Manage the D&A front door process for new demand, ensuring demand is assessed and aligned with D&A Roadmap and business priorities
- Develop and own the product and demand assessment process, working to size and assess the value of products, and align on an HLD
- Work with D&A product leads to align on priorities and feed into quarterly planning cycles
- Continuously improve D&A processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and mitigate risks with delivering the roadmap and product delivery
Qualifications
Job Requirements, Knowledge & Experience
- Proven experience in demand and product management, information's andinsights on how data products can help (ideally from tele-comms but not essential)
- Strong understanding of data analytics products and services, including their application and benefits
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and negotiate
- Experience in product roadmap development and management, with ability to prioritise and align with business objectives
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
