Part II Architectural Assistant – London
Salary £30,000 – £35,000 DOE | Hybrid setup (four days remote one day on site/meetings)
Hunter Dunning is working with a growing design-led practice delivering high-end residential projects. This opportunity offers exposure across all RIBA stages on luxury private residential and new-build developments. You will support both design and technical delivery within a boutique studio environment.
Your Experience
- Minimum three years experience on high-end residential projects in London
- Strong creative abilities and experience producing concept development and presentations
- Experience across all RIBA stages on residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and residential technical detailing
- Confident working independently in a remote environment
