Job Description

PSR, a construction and civil engineering recruiter, is working with a well-renowned major contractor in the Midlands area to source a Managing Quantity Surveyor for a large infrastructure scheme.

Responsibilities

• Working with the pre-construction team
• Leading the project commercially and overseeing junior QS's on the project
• Procurement and letting of sub-contract packages
• Internal liaison commercial reporting
• Client liaison
• Sound communication skills & knowledge of construction contracts

Qualifications

• NEC contract experience essential
