Main Dealer Service Advisor
Reputable and organised main dealer in Maidstone is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for its front‑of‑house team. The role is fast‑paced, with a focus on customer experience, teamwork and communication.
Responsibilities
- Support the service reception team with day‑to‑day customer activity
- Act as the key point of contact for customers from booking through to vehicle collection
- Liaise with the workshop to ensure jobs progress smoothly and efficiently
- Provide clear, professional updates to customers throughout the service process
- Highlight additional work opportunities where appropriate and customer‑led
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or similar environment
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑first approach
- Ability to stay organised in a busy, team‑based aftersales environment
- Professional, calm, and confident when dealing with customers
- A collaborative attitude and attention to detail
Salary and Benefits
- £30,000 basic salary + uncapped bonus (average £6,000 per year)
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am‑6:00pm (1‑hour lunch)
- 1-in-3 Saturdays 8:00am‑12:30pm
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
