Your Requirements

  • Respond to engineering and maintenance concerns
  • Perform and/or monitor reactive maintenance, planned works and PPM
  • Respond to all building‑related safety concerns
  • Maintain departmental compliance with company maintenance procedures
  • Support departmental maintenance programs and execute daily, weekly and monthly checklists
  • Assist in the supervision of temporary maintenance contractors
  • Assist management in specifying proper supplies and equipment for operations
  • Maintain all areas in good repair by performing various tasks related to trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting and tiling to ensure an attractive and well‑maintained site
  • Possess knowledge of basic hand/power tool operation
  • Previous restaurant or hotel maintenance department experience
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry concepts
  • Must be available to respond to emergencies when not physically at the job site
  • Experience with carpentry, refrigeration and mechanics is a plus
