Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation providing high quality, person-centred support to older people and clients with learning disability, mental health needs and dementia. Our support is tailored to the individual’s needs and encourages independence and community engagement.

Role Summary

We are seeking a driven, productive and highly organised individual to assess the quality of the services we deliver and identify areas for further development and quality improvement. The role focuses on our 6 Extra Care and 2 Supported Living services in Brent and Harrow, with occasional collaborative work in other parts of London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the quality of services delivered and identify areas for further development.
  • Ensure 100% CQC compliance across our extra care and supported living services.
  • Lead robust monitoring and quality improvement programmes.
  • Coach staff and analyse complex evidence to improve practice.
  • Act as a champion for innovative, person-centred care.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders and other services across London.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Direct experience coordinating quality improvement or turnaround programmes.
  • Strong auditing background in care or a similar field.
  • Excellent eye for detail, proactive ‘hands‑on’ leadership, flexible and reliable.
  • Ability to analyse evidence and drive practice improvement.
  • Experience in ensuring CQC compliance and managing multi‑service teams.
