  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and how communities behave within them
  • Confidence using data and insight to inform creative and strategic decisions
  • A thoughtful, organised approach to project management and stakeholder communication
  • Comfort working across markets and time zones in a global role
  • Clear, inclusive communication skills and a collaborative mindset
