Receptionist – Financial Services – Central London – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

What you’ll be doing:

• Meeting and greeting VIP clients and stakeholders

• Managing meeting rooms and ensuring they are set to an exceptional standard

• Coordinating catering for meetings and events

• Handling post and courier services

• Working along side another reception ensure the reception is managed accordingly

• Keeping reception and front-of-house running seamlessly

What we’re looking for:

• Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Discreet and confident handling sensitive information

• Proactive, flexible, and calm under pressure

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Receptionist in a corporate setting
