This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Partner or Director level Solicitor to join a reputable, forward-thinking firm with the autonomy to lead and further develop a thriving practice built on quality, consistency, and long-standing client relationships.
The Opportunity
Working alongside an experienced and collegiate leadership team, you will:
✅ Oversee a well-established Residential Property team with an excellent reputation in the Edinburgh market.
✅ Advise a loyal and diverse client base spanning first-time buyers, HNW referrals, and property investors with portfolio transactions.
✅ Lead and mentor junior solicitors, ensuring continuity and the highest standards of client service.
✅ Play a key role in the firm’s succession plan, with clear scope to transition into a senior leadership position within the short to medium term.
About You
Proven experience in Residential Property at Senior Associate, Partner or Director level.
A strong client following or established reputation in the Edinburgh market (desirable, not essential).
A commercially minded leader with a hands-on approach and commitment to client care.
Desire to play an integral role in shaping the future direction of an already successful team.
