With the business expanding, you will report directly to the Head of Finance, taking responsibility for the smooth running of the day-to-day finance function while providing reliable reporting, commercial insight and operational support to the wider business. This role would suit a strong Senior Accountant ready to step into a broader management position, take ownership of core finance processes and lead a team, while working closely with and learning from an experienced Head of Finance in a fast-paced environment About the job: Production of monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis and board reporting Ownership of budgeting and forecasting, partnering with operational leads Management of cashflow, working capital and liquidity planning Oversight of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance Leadership and development of the finance team Responsibility for statutory and tax compliance (PAYE, RCT, VAT) and audit readiness Ongoing improvement of finance processes, controls and reporting About you: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience managing and developing finance staff Strong IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with James McCord @ HIREIQ.
