An established engineering company who have been trading in the area since 1980 with an excellent reputation in their field are seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team. In that time they have built up a great client base, grown their product offering, kept up with technology and invested in their people.
Responsibilities
- Program, Set and Run
- CNC turning, CNC milling, manual drilling, turning
- Use of EdgeCAM CAM package
- Programming of Fanuc Lathes
- Programming of WinMAX Hurco Mills
- Set and Run Machines
Qualifications
- Good engineering background; Team player
- Skilled in machining small batch precision components in motorsport/aerospace environments
- Ability to read dimensioned engineering drawings
- Experienced in Cad/Cam using the latest Delcam PowerMill and PowerShape software creating CNC programs to produce the finished product.
- Good experience able to work from job cards, CAD data and drawings.
- Able to programme offline, understanding of both Fanuc and Heidenheimer controls is preferable
- You will be using Fanuc controlled machines; however, good programming experience will be considered.

You will be joining a company who continually invest in new equipment and the training and development of their employees offering a salary of £36,000 – £42,000 per annum depending on experience plus 25 days holiday + Bank holidays – Half Day Fridays – Paid overtime – Free Parking – Full time Mon to Fri 38.75 hours each week.
