The Role

This position will focus on the day-to-day management and optimisation of Amazon marketplace performance across multiple territories and product categories.


The role is ideal for someone with strong experience across Amazon 3P / Seller Central, who understands both the commercial and operational side of marketplace management.


This is a hands-on role with strong ownership and visibility across the business.


You’ll play a key role across:

  • Marketplace strategy and execution
  • Merchandising and catalogue optimisation
  • Listing quality, SEO and conversion improvement
  • Marketplace trading and performance analysis
  • Amazon growth initiatives and expansion projects
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations and supply chain teams


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Amazon Seller Central performance
  • Drive growth across Amazon 3P marketplaces
  • Improve product listings, merchandising, SEO and conversion
  • Analyse marketplace trading data and performance metrics
  • Support new product launches and marketplace expansion initiatives
  • Monitor keyword trends, rankings and competitor activity
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve marketplace performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve visibility, profitability and operational efficiency


What They’re Looking For

  • 6–10 years’ experience within Amazon marketplace or ecommerce roles
  • Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon 3P
  • Strong understanding of Amazon merchandising and marketplace optimisation
  • Experience managing marketplace trading performance and growth
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced, scaling environment
