What You'll Do

  • Ensuring full compliance, including Operators Licence oversight
  • Supporting Regional Managers with driver and fleet compliance
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Overseeing workshops and service standards across the network
  • Managing fleet costs, fines, and day:to:day expenditure
  • Handling fleet administration (V5s, purchase orders, etc.)
  • Producing weekly reports for senior leadership

What You Need

We're keen to speak to experienced fleet professionals who hold a Transport Manager CPC and have recent hands‑on fleet management experience, including stakeholder management skills. It goes without saying you should have strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements. Experience managing commercial vehicles would also be a distinct advantage.
