About The Role
The HR Product Manager leads the HR technology roadmap, delivery and optimisation of products that support the employee lifecycle. The HR Product Manager works closely with the HR Product Owner and the HR Leadership Team to turn strategy into clear priorities that deliver business value. The role maintains stable day‑to‑day HR operations while driving improvements that strengthen user experience and organisational performance. The HR Product Manager adapts quickly to ambiguity, shifting needs and a fast paced hybrid environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering HR technology solutions across the employee lifecycle
- Broad experience in HR systems implementation, support and continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of integrations and related technologies such as APIs and middleware
- Ability to balance strategic product ownership with BAU operational responsibilities
- Confidence working with ambiguity, shifting priorities and a fast paced environment
- Strong vendor and contract management experience, including global partner oversight
- Effective stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence decisions at senior levels
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into clear actions
- Clear, concise communication skills focused on business impact
