IT Professional – AV & End User Support
Central London | 4 Days Onsite
£45,000–£50,000 + Bonus & Benefits
We’re hiring for an exciting IT Professional opportunity within an iconic FMCG business, supporting users across the UK while working closely with regional and international IT teams.
This is a hands-on role combining end-user support, AV technology, workplace infrastructure, and IT project delivery. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and delivering a high-quality user experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering 1st/2nd line IT support across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and collaboration tools
- Managing onboarding/offboarding and device lifecycle processes
- Supporting meeting rooms, conferencing technology, and live events
- Acting as the AV specialist for meeting spaces and collaboration environments
- Managing assets, inventory, and hardware deployment/recovery
- Supporting IT projects, upgrades, and workplace technology initiatives
- Working with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve IT services
- Creating documentation, user guides, and training materials
What We’re Looking For
- Strong IT support experience in a corporate environment
- Excellent AV / meeting room technology experience (Teams Rooms, conferencing, hybrid meeting support)
- Experience with MDM tools such as Intune or Jamf
- Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, Office 365, AD/Azure AD, networking basics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent troubleshooting ability
- ITIL / ServiceNow experience beneficial
