Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the day‑to‑day activities of the team.
  • Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of ERP enhancements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the third‑party development partner, holding them accountable for delivery, quality, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet user needs.
  • Produce clear reports, updates, and communications for senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement across ERP processes, documentation, QA, and support practices.
  • Represent the ERP function in senior stakeholder discussions when required.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with an ERP platform.
  • Experience using project tracking tools such as Jira or Linear.
  • Background in IT project management, product management, or senior leadership roles.
  • Proven experience owning or contributing to a software product lifecycle.
  • Experience working with third‑party vendors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
  • A flexible and empathetic management style, with the ability to adapt to individual team needs.
  • Experience supporting consumer‑facing or business‑wide platforms is advantageous.
