Job Description
As a Product Engineer at this high-growth Shoreditch startup, you will build AI-powered orchestration tools that process hundreds of millions of events. You will own features end-to-end—from architectural decisions to customer-facing implementation—using a modern stack of Go, TypeScript, and Kafka to deliver hyper-personalized content for global enterprise clients.

What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable Go microservices and event-driven pipelines handling millions of monthly web traffic events and CRM records.
- Build sophisticated React/Next.js interfaces that enable sales and marketing teams to generate on-brand, hyper-personalized content in seconds using Vertex AI and OpenAI.
- Collaborate directly with customers and the AI Product Manager to shape the product roadmap, ensuring technical solutions solve high-value business problems.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience building and scaling production applications using Go, TypeScript, or React within a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong product intuition with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take full ownership of a feature from a brief concept to a polished production release.
- Excellent technical communication skills, capable of explaining complex architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders and participating in a high-feedback culture.
