Scope of the role:

  • Assist with all aspects of the purchase ledger, with tasks including ensuring invoices and credit notes are processed on time, chasing outstanding invoices and credit notes and resolving supplier issues.
  • Assist with all aspects of the sales ledger, with tasks including ensuring customers are billed in a timely manner and issues are resolved quickly.
  • Managing credit cards – setting up new accounts with HSBC and in Sage (with TFM's approval)
  • Responsible for the processing of monthly expenses and reconciling credit card transactions
  • Providing ad hoc support to the wider team
