MP Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative & and reliable Quality Operative to join our client’s team in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. This permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with a solid background in warehouse operations, particularly those familiar with the safe handling and movement of goods. Your responsibilities will include managing stock, operating forklifts and occasional painting support for the paint spraying team to providing cover for holidays / sickness. Ensuring that all warehouse activities are performed efficiently and safely. We value candidates with a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Valid forklift, reach truck licence
- Proven experience in quality inspection, final inspection, or related warehouse roles
- Experience in using computerised QA inspection and despatch systems
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience within a warehouse environment essential
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and committed attitude towards work
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
