Overview
We are partnering with a global technology company that uses AI to deliver financial software. The role is a contract Data Analyst (up to Oct 2026) with a pay of £217.09 per day (37.5 hrs/week PAYE). The Data Analyst will build data foundations, provide dashboards, automate reporting, and embed AI analytics into operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering to develop robust data pipelines, improve data integrity, and define metrics and governance for diverse markets.
- Create and maintain scalable, user‑friendly dashboards that provide visibility into key performance metrics across the customer journey.
- Deliver deep‑dive analytics, conduct root‑cause analysis, and translate findings to actionable recommendations that improve customer journeys, staffing, and routing decisions.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to automate recurring insights, support AI‑powered summarization and anomaly detection, and identify opportunities for intelligent automation.
- Support experimentation and continuous improvement by analysing A/B tests, digital experience evaluations, and measuring the impact of AI‑assisted initiatives.
- Communicate insights and trends clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders to influence strategy.
Must‑Have Qualifications
- Experience in Data Analytics or Data Science, preferably with exposure to Customer Success, Operations, or Digital Experience.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and pipeline development.
- Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
- Familiarity with big‑data tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark) and ETL processes.
- Enthusiasm for Generative AI and a growth mindset.
- Strong communication skills for presenting analytical findings.
- Problem‑solving skills with the ability to balance strategic priorities and tactical execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive mindset, identifying innovation opportunities.
- BS or MS in an appropriate quantitative field is preferred.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
- Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics or experimentation.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and experimentation (A/B testing).
- Machine learning and Generative AI experience.
- Hands‑on experience with Generative AI in analytics workflows.
- Experience working with call‑center or digital‑support KPIs.
