Responsibilities

• Experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead enterprise Java-based delivery projects, including emerging AI initiatives. This role goes beyond classic Scrum Master responsibilities — we need someone with strong delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and enough technical/consulting background to understand architecture, engineering challenges, and delivery risks. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive execution, manage priorities in Jira, facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, and ensure smooth collaboration between business and engineering stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, people‑oriented, and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with evolving technologies and requirements.
