We’re looking for an AI Operations Associate to help drive AI adoption across our teams through hands‑on execution. This role focuses on applying AI in day‑to‑day operations and working directly with various functions to increase AI usage, identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and help teams integrate AI into their workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams across the business to identify and implement AI‑driven improvements to workflows
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand current processes and define what an AI‑enabled version could look like
  • Build and deploy solutions (e.g., automations, AI agents, prompt workflows) using tools like Claude, n8n, and other AI platforms
  • Support teams in adopting AI tools effectively, including hands‑on guidance and enablement
  • Act as a builder within teams, helping redesign how work gets done with AI embedded from the start
  • Ship fast, high‑impact AI projects where results are visible immediately

Example Project

  • Partnering with the Finance team to define and implement what an AI‑enabled month‑end close period looks like

Qualifications

  • Background in AI‑focused education (e.g., courses, certifications, or hands‑on training), with a strong understanding of how to apply AI tools in practical, real‑world contexts.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to build, ship, and transform work in prior teams or projects.
  • No requirement to be a strong coder, but need experience with technical curiosity and fluency using AI tools natively in day‑to‑day work (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)

Skills and Attributes

  • Pragmatic Builder: Turning ideas into practical, effective AI solutions fast—prioritising impact over perfection through lightweight automations, agents, and workflows.
  • Curious Problem‑Solver: Pushing the boundaries of how work gets done by deeply exploring new technologies, identifying inefficiencies, and translating them into practical, high‑impact AI solutions.
  • Embedded Collaborator: Working side‑by‑side with teams, co‑creating solutions that fit seamlessly into real workflows and team contexts.
  • AI Enablement Partner: Making AI adoption easy—guiding teams hands‑on and equipping them to use AI confidently in their daily work.
  • Outcome‑Oriented Operator: Focusing on quick, high‑impact wins, delivering measurable improvements and iterating based on results.

Benefits

  • Top‑of‑market compensation package, including equity.
  • Vibrant offices at the heart of our culture, with in‑person collaboration via weekly breakfasts and Friday demos.
  • Additional benefits: 20 days “work from abroad”, a €600/GBP Learning & Development Budget, and other local benefits.
