Job Description

As Front Office Supervisor, you will lead and supervise the front office team, ensuring a seamless guest journey and exceptional service. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing check‑in and check‑out operations and all front‑office functions.
  • Leading by example and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth running of the front‑office department.
  • Managing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Supporting departmental objectives to achieve key service metrics.

Qualifications

  • Flexibility, positivity, and a "Yes I Can!" attitude.
  • Eye for detail and creative problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential.
