We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our team.
This is a key leadership role and the post-holder will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services including community imaging services for NHS contracts and private services and private healthcare services, ensuring excellence in patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
The role would suit an experienced Business/Practice Manager or Clinical Services Manager with previous experience in a healthcare organisation. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day to day running of services whilst supporting service development, improving patient access and driving sustainable growth across both our NHS and private healthcare services. You will lead and support a multidisciplinary team, driving innovation and continuous improvement in community healthcare.
We are particularly interested in applicants who have strong leadership and people management skills and can demonstrate experience in improving service delivery, developing new healthcare services, or supporting business growth within a clinical environment.

Job Responsibilities
The postholder is responsible for the operational management, quality assurance, governance and day‑to‑day delivery of clinical services across the NHS and private healthcare services provided. The role requires strong leadership and evidence of service‑improvement capability, regulatory compliance oversight and close collaboration with clinical and non‑clinical personnel.
Operational Management
- Oversee the daily operational delivery of our healthcare services.
- Ensure services are delivered safely, effectively, and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
